We’ve all heard of the Taj Mahal, Hawa Mahal, and the many famous mahals in between. But the real magic of Agra and Jaipur is found in the spaces between the postcards!
Despite its small size, Singapore is jam-packed with impressive sights, delicious bites, and never-ending nights to explore the grand city-state.
Nicknamed “The Diamond State” after Thomas Jefferson famously called it a “jewel” among the States, Delaware is a treasure trove of history and delight.
Pack your smørrebrød and your sense of wonder — we’re off to Denmark! From castles that float to bridges that go in circles (on purpose), this little country packs in a big dose of charm.
Beginning in Rome and making our way up to Florence, our Italian Adventure was full of gorgeous cathedrals, mom and pop shops, delicious pasta, and too many Italian dogs to count.
All aboard! We embark from the end of the world aboard the MS Roald Amundsen on a (shivery) trip of a lifetime!

Founded by Abraham Schweitzer in the darkest days of the Great Depression, the family-owned and operated Gramercy Typewriter Company offers a safe space for Luddites averse to the computers dominating our hyperconnected, delete-happy era. You needn’t worry about how much personal data is being extracted when you type on an old Smith Corona or a classic Royal De Luxe.
Abraham’s son Paul followed him in the family business and has been working in the store six days a week since 1959. With sixty years of experience behind him, he has developed a great skill for matching the right machine with the right buyer—a fact confirmed by frequent customer Tom Hanks, an ardent typewriter collector and enthusiast. Gramercy Typewriter supplied twenty-five machines for the 2017 film The Post, in which Hanks starred. After filming wrapped, director Steven Spielberg gave the machines to the cast as gifts, each with a typewritten note.
Though they’re indisputably keepers from a bygone time, the future looks bright for Gramercy Typewriter Company, thanks to a resurgence of interest as a new generation falls in love with the deep satisfaction and permanence of a typewriter’s clicks, clacks, and dings.
