Known for its fish markets, marina, and lookout tower, El Campello, Spain lies between the mountains and the sea. Built in the 16th century as a lookout for pirates, this tower overlooking the harbor is somewhat short and stout but remains to be an iconic landmark in the tiny town. Although the town may be tranquil, it is also famed for it yearly Moors and Christians festival where there are ample fireworks and parades a plenty. Don’t forget your sparklers!
