Since 1909, this iron lighthouse has guided ships through Oddesund, a narrow strait in Denmark’s Limfjord where currents run fierce and depths plunge over 20 meters. Originally fueled by blue gas as a simple orientation light, it now appears on an unexpected stage: the packaging of Sovind cheese sold in German Aldi Süd stores, making it oddly familiar to shoppers who’ve never set foot in Denmark.
