When it comes to Italy, you may think of decadent pasta and historic cities, but the country also has its fair share of breathtaking historic parks! Monte Cucco sits in the middle of the country, offering breathtaking views of mountains, trails and a grotto dating back to the late 1400s (that also has handwritten inscriptions from centuries ago). No matter if you’re visiting for the culture or nature, this mountain range proves that Italy has it all. You can get a pasta nearby as well.
