Asteroid City Premiere and Screenings – Rules and Regulations

Accidentally Wes Anderson “Asteroid City” Premiere and Private Screening Giveaways

1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Accidentally Wes Anderson and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.
2. Entry period: The giveaway will begin on May 11th, 2023 and end on June 9th, 2023. Entries received before or after the entry period will be disqualified.
3. How to enter: To enter, participants must complete the proper form on the Accidentally Wes Anderson website, including their email and full name. Only one entry per person is allowed.
4. Prize: The prize for the giveaway is two (2) tickets to attend the premiere of “Asteroid City” in New York City. The prize does not include transportation or lodging expenses. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. Winner selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The winner will be notified via email within five (5) days of the end of the entry period. The winner will have 72 hours (3 days) to respond and claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, another winner will be selected.
6. General conditions: Accidentally Wes Anderson reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway at any time, for any reason. By entering the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these rules and regulations and the decisions of Accidentally Wes Anderson. Participants also agree to release and hold harmless Accidentally Wes Anderson, its affiliates, and their respective employees, officers, directors, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with participation in the giveaway or the use or acceptance of any prize.
7. Governing law: The giveaway is governed by the laws of the state of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Privacy policy: Any personal information collected in connection with the giveaway will be used only for the purposes of administering the giveaway and will be subject to Accidentally Wes Anderson’s privacy policy.
